Montserrat's urban centre went nearly two days without normalised drinking water due to works to divert the arterial pipe for the new northern access roundabout, with the service restored on the afternoon of Tuesday 4 August after successive interruptions and Veolia expecting the network to return to normal on Wednesday.
The ordinary July session includes the swearing-in of new political groups, recognition of the 30th anniversary of Civil Protection, and the settlement of the 2025 budget.
The Diputació de València has tendered the works to build a roundabout on the access to Montserrat from the CV-416, an action demanded for years by the municipality to solve the road safety problem existing at the junction connecting the road with the urban centre.
